A very complete graphic editor with high level options: filters, working with various layers, etc.

Photobie is a free, standard graphic edcitor that doesn't make life complicated, but does include some interesting features that you usually only find in the big editors you pay for and that we all know, for example like working on distinct layers.

Also, in Photobie you can find all the basic options that are typical in this type of editor; it really lacks nothing: resizing images, rotating and cutting, selecting, adjusting all parameters, graphic effects and filters to apply, tools to capture the screen, etc. All the support for a help system that is really useful when you have doubts about how an option works, and which you miss in some other programs.

NOTE: To make sure that Photobie works correctly you need to install Microsoft .NET Framework in your PC.
